Logan leverages his background in engineering to lead Boosted Realty as a data-driven brokerage. This is the “It” factor allowing for wide-reaching marketing campaigns and a national outreach. For clients, this translates into a quicker and more flexible sales transaction with the added benefit of exclusive access to off-market inventory.

In his leadership role, some of Logan’s strongest assets are transparency, shared mindset/vision, and a hunger for continuous improvement. He is constantly learning from others’ success across all industries and believes responding quickly to newly developing A.I. technology and automation tools will be key for his path to scale.

In his free time, Logan recharges his spent energy by trying to make his son Julien laugh and smile as much as possible. Or, taking daily walks with his wife and making extra time to stay physically and mentally fit. The reason behind the name “Boosted” is derived from Logan’s hobby for appreciating modified cars, which to him has provided a sense of quiet and escape from the natural chaos that comes with the territory. This balancing act of juggling self-purpose is a core principle we practice in order to maintain consistency by recognizing the interconnectedness between us both as individuals and as a team.
